How to Display a Team Manager Isotope Layout Using Elementor

Using WP Team Manager with Elementor, you can create an interactive and filterable team showcase using the Isotope Layout. This layout dynamically rearranges items based on selected filters, offering a smooth and user-friendly experience. Follow the steps below to set it up:

Step 1: Open the Elementor Page Builder

To begin, access the page where you’d like to showcase your team:

1. Go to Pages > Add New, or edit an existing page.
2. Click Edit with Elementor to launch the Elementor builder.

Step 2: Add the WP Team Manager Widget

Once you’re inside the Elementor editor:

1. Locate the Widgets panel.
2. Search for WP Team Manager in the search bar.
3. Drag and drop the Isotope Layout widget onto your desired section.

Step 3: Configure the Isotope Layout

Fine-tune your team section using the Content > Isotope settings panel:

• Layout Styles: Choose from multiple isotope layout styles (grid, list, tabbed, etc.). The active layout style will be highlighted.
• Columns: Adjust how many team members display per row for different devices.
• Query Options: Select specific team categories, ordering, and post limits.
• AJAX Search: Enable search functionality to filter team members live.

Layout Styles

Select from multiple Isotope Layout styles such as Grid, List, or Tabbed. These layouts control how team members are arranged and displayed. The selected layout will be visually highlighted with a border.

Columns

Configure the number of columns for your layout. This setting controls how many team members appear per row and can be adjusted for desktop, tablet, and mobile views for full responsiveness.

Query

Fine-tune which team members are displayed by filtering based on:

• Team Categories: Show members from specific groups or departments.
• Post Count: Limit how many members appear.
• Order & Sort: Arrange members by name, date, or custom order (ASC/DESC).

AJAX Search

Enable real-time search functionality. As users type in the search bar, team members are filtered instantly without page reloads, improving usability for large teams.

Pagination

Manage how many team members appear at once by choosing a pagination method:

• None – Displays all team members at once.
• Numbers – Adds numbered pages for navigation.
• Load More – Adds a button to load additional members dynamically.
• Infinite Scroll – Automatically loads more members as users scroll.

Step 4: Customize the Appearance

Head to the Style tab in Elementor to personalize your team layout:

• Spacing: Adjust margins, padding, and gaps between items.
• Typography: Set font styles for member names, roles, and descriptions.
• Colors: Match the design with your site’s branding.
• Hover Effects: Enable animations or overlays on hover.
• Profile Styling: Modify image size, shape, and borders.

Step 5: Publish Your Team Showcase

Once you’re happy with the design:

1. Click Publish or Update to apply the changes.
2. Preview your page to ensure the Isotope layout functions as expected.
3. Tweak styling or filters for optimal results.
