1. Layout Settings
Navigate to the Content tab to configure the table layout.
• Layout Type: Select Table to display team members in a structured, tabular format.
• Layout Style: Choose from different table designs to match your website’s branding and aesthetics.
2. Query Settings
The Query Settings help control which team members are displayed based on specific filters.
Common Filters
• Include Only: Enter post IDs (team member entries) separated by commas to display only selected members. (Example: 10, 15, 17)
• Exclude: Enter post IDs of members you do not want to display. (Example: 12, 13)
• Limit: Set the number of team members to display.
• Enter -1 to show all team members.
• Example: 4 will display only four team members.
Advanced Filters
• Taxonomies Relation: Choose how taxonomy filters are applied:
• OR (show results that match any selected taxonomy)
• AND (show results that match all selected taxonomies)
• By Keyword: Enter a keyword to filter team members by name, job title, or bio.
• Date Range (Start to End):
• Select a date range to display team members published within a specific period.
• Click DEL to remove the selected date range.
• Ignore Sticky Posts at the Top:
• Enable this option if you do not want sticky posts (featured team members) to be prioritized.
• No Post Found Text:
• Customize the message displayed if no team members match the filters.
• Example: “No team members available.”
Taxonomy-Based Filtering
• Group & Department Filters: Filter team members based on their assigned Group or Department by selecting specific categories.
