How to Configure the “Details Page Settings”
The Details Page Settings tab lets you customize what appears on each team member’s individual details page. These settings give you full control over field visibility, gallery behavior, and image layout.
Location:
Navigate to:
Dashboard → Team Manager → Settings → Details Page Settings
Show/Hide Fields
Use the toggle switches to enable or disable specific fields for individual team member pages:
- Email – Show/hide the email address field.
- Job Title – Toggle the team member’s job title.
- Telephone (Office) – Display or hide the office phone number.
- Mobile (Personal) – Show the personal mobile number.
- Location – Display the member’s location.
- Years of Experience – Useful for showcasing expertise.
- Web URL – Show external web links.
- vCard – Enable downloadable vCards (virtual business cards).
Each toggle gives you flexibility to create clean, focused profiles tailored to your audience.
Enable Gallery Lightbox
Toggle this option to open gallery images in a lightbox on the member’s details page. This enhances user experience by allowing visitors to click and view images without leaving the page.
Change Single Image Size
Select the image size used for the main profile image:
- Full
- Large
- Medium
- Thumbnail
Choose based on your layout and performance needs.
Gallery Columns
Control how many columns the gallery should display:
- One
- Two
- Three
- Four (default)
Ideal for organizing multiple member images in a structured layout.
Don’t Forget to Save
Click the Save Changes button at the bottom after making your adjustments.
