At WP Team Manager, we believe in honest business. We provide a 7-Day Free Trial for all plans so you can test every feature, check compatibility, and ensure the plugin fits your needs before you pay a single cent.
Because we provide this fully functional trial period, we generally do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed, except in specific cases of technical failure.
1. The 7-Day Free Trial (Your Safety Net)
We encourage you to use the 7-Day Free Trial to:
- Verify that all the features you need are present.
- Test compatibility with your theme and other plugins.
- Compare our plugin with alternatives.
If the plugin isn’t right for you, you can cancel anytime during the 7 days via your account dashboard, and you will not be charged.
2. Refund Eligibility (Post-Payment)
Once the trial ends and the payment is processed, refunds are only granted if:
- The plugin is technically broken or malfunctioning on your site.
- AND you have opened a support ticket to allow us to fix the issue.
- AND our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 hours).
3. Refund Exclusions
Since a free trial is provided for evaluation, we do not grant refunds for the following reasons:
- Missing Features: You found that the plugin doesn’t have a specific feature you wanted (please check this during the trial).
- Change of Mind: You simply decided you no longer want or need the plugin.
- Found a Better Alternative: You found another plugin you like better after purchasing.
- 3rd Party Conflicts: The issue is caused by a conflict with your theme or another plugin that you could have discovered during the trial period.
4. How to Cancel or Request Support
- To Cancel Trial: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Freemius User Dashboard (link in your purchase email).
- To Report a Bug: If you have a technical issue, please contact us immediately via our Support Page.
